Before beginning therapy, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This is an opportunity for us to connect, discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we decide to move forward together, we can schedule your first therapy session and discuss next steps.

In person in Fremont or through secure telehealth throughout California.
Perdue Counseling is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. If your insurance plan offers out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available based on financial need and current availability. Please feel free to ask about reduced-fee options during your consultation.
